Typically around 50-70Nm, possibly with an extra turn for the angle. (FEBI BILSTEIN 32163 comes with 3 bolts).

Always use a torque wrench.

New bolts and nuts: Manufacturers often require new bolts and nuts for suspension components, as they operate in the plastic deformation zone and are disposable. FEBI BILSTEIN 32163 usually comes with new bolts and nuts, which is good.

Do not grease the threads: Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, bolts and nuts must be clean and dry to tighten to the specified torque. Grease will change the friction and cause over-tightening.
